Restraining Orders on God

The bottom line for Daniel is that the royal power of the Most High God always triumphs over the kingdoms of men. (Serendipity Bible, 10th Anniversary Edition, page 1241.

With all its authority and with its deepest indignation, the governments of men would place a restraining order on God. This has always proven to be shortsighted and contrary to the best interest of men. Men duly affirm that God is love, but have limited vision as to what this entails. Essentially God is like a good manager who would manage with extensive accountability assignments rather than through micromanagement. But like a good manager, he will see to it that his goals are accomplished in the end. Nations rise but are certain to fall eventually if they rebel against God’s ways and God’s purposes. This is something every nation—every person—should appreciate and a warning they should heed. The Bible makes this abundantly clear.
