Last Thursday I thanked the City of Saint Petersburg, FL at a meeting of the City Council.

Wayne Standifer (and Connie Kline): In southern literature a character remarks; “Don’t tell me what you see, tell me what you observe.” My primary objective in this blog is to write a paragraph or two almost every day about something that happened or interested me that day.
