The
wolf will live with the lamb,
the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the leopard will lie down with the goat,

calf and the lion and the yearling together;

a little child will lead them.

Mankind
has kept before it a dream never realized that one day all will be
well and a little child will lead us. When we think of the love,
creativity, honesty, and innocence of a little child, we dream about
what a glorious time that will be. I would like to give one word of
caution. For anyone who has been around a little child, they can
appreciate that children are substantially unfiltered. The child
will ask a handicapped person “Why is your arm like that?” Of
course, all adults nearby sink beneath the carpet. When and if our
dream of Isaiah 11 ever is fulfilled on earth, I wonder if mankind
will really be ready for it. I hope so, but I doubt it.
