Thunder and Lightning

Can you talk when you're angry? How do you work through conflicts when you're angry at someone?  Do you let anger out or hide it inside? Do you prefer to act like nothing happened? (Serendipity Bible Fourth Edition, page 815).

It's very simple really,  I tend to blow a gasket. One way or another, I try to be clear that I am angry.  Anger should be shared for one's own health and for the sake of honesty. If one feels strongly about something – and anger is a special case of this – it is important to let others know how you feel.  I first try to head off anger and graduate friction. Amicability is always best  – that is obvious. But sometimes anger cannot be avoided.
